Our self catering studio chalet is available for short term holiday lets throughout the year. With its own private hot tub and seasonally heated private outdoor swimming pool, it's the perfect location for a romantic break or family vacation.

​Our 1 acre fishing lake is open 7 days a week and contains a well stocked selection of Carp, Rudd, Roach, Perch, Bream, Chub & Tench. Upper Farm Fishery family friendly and ideal for pleasure anglers on day, night or 24+hour tickets.
5 Star Full Livery Yard
Our friendly Full Livery Equestrian Centre offers luxurious stables with personal tack rooms, individual turnout, an Olympic sized floodlit dressage arena with mirrors, show jumps, solarium, hot water wash box, horse exerciser & a stable web camera.
Tackle & Camping Shop
Our onsite tackle and camping shop brought to you by Trinity Outdoors is open to the general public (and our fishing customers), the shop contains a well stocked selection of angling and camping equipment, including live bait. Why not pop by and take a look around.
Grass Jumping Paddock
Available to hire by the hour, our grass jumping paddock is available from April to September (weather permitting). It is setup with 8 fences including a wall, planks and a hedge.
Outdoor Riding Arena
Available to hire by the hour, our floodlit all weather 60m x 20m wax surface outdoor arena provides a beautifully cushioned riding experience for your horse and is ideal for all disciplines.
