Our prices have been the same since we first opened the lake as a day ticket venue back in May 2014. Due to increased operational costs, we have taken the decision to increase our day ticket pricing.
Angling still remains one of the cheapest past times that you can undertake and we thank you for your continued support.

Any non-angling guests staying overnight at the fishery are required to pay a fee of £10 per person per night.

* To qualify for a concessionary discount ticket, juniors must be aged 15 or under, seniors must be over 65 years of age and disabled anglers must be in possession of a valid concessionary EA Licence which we will need to see.​
** Monday Senior Special rate is not valid on Bank Holidays and cannot be used when booking online.

We do not allow matches or keepnets to be used on either lake. However, we do allow for private bookings or one or both ponds.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all entire lake bookings, with balances due 30 days before the reservation date.
​Day ticket: This entitles the ticket holder to a maximum of 12 hours fishing at Upper Farm Lake, between the hours of 8am until 8pm. All day ticket holders must leave the lake by 8pm and have left the farm by 8:15pm when the gate is automatically locked overnight.
Night ticket: This entitles the ticket holder to a maximum of 12 hours fishing at Upper Farm Lake, between the hours of 8pm until 8am. All night ticket holders must leave the lake by 8am.
24 hour ticket: This entitles the ticket holder to a maximum of 24 hours fishing at Upper Farm Lake, between the hours of 8am until 8am the next day, or between the hours of 8pm until 8pm the next day. All 24 hour ticket holders must leave the lake after their 24 hour period.
Twilight ticket: This entitles the ticket holder to a maximum of 4 hours fishing (between 4pm and 8pm) and can only be purchased after 3:00pm on the day you plan to fish. All twilight ticket holders must leave the lake at 8pm and have left the farm by 8:15pm when the gate is automatically locked overnight.
Maximum of 2 rods per person. No pro rata pricing or refunds.
